Day 20- Let the Count Down Begin!

Hello Everyone! Day 20 is finally here! After today there will be only 10 Days left to my 30Day Blog Challenge! WOOHOO! lol. Here is a poem I wrote about what writing means to me. Hope you like it!

Nothing more fun on sad only nights

Nothing more fun on sad only nights

than sit in bed

and write.

I write what I know and know that I write,

all the thoughts in my head,

on this sad lonely night.

Writing is a joy, my only light.

That shines on all things I dread

on the darkest of lonely nights.

Writing is a fight,

for all words left unsaid.

That is their right.

The words put on paper, they hold on tight.

It'd be like being dead

if I were unable to write.
